Story behind every Photograph
If I find something in my viewfinder that looked familiar to me, I would do something to shake it up. Yes, every photo you click has a story. When you click a photo it isn't the truth, it's just one of the accurate pieces of reality. I clicked, but every picture I clicked had a story. Here is my story.
"Which of my photographs is my favorite? The one I'm going to take tomorrow."
- Imogen Cunningham
Rain+ Girl :
The best combination you can ever see or imagine. One fine rainy day, I was struggling to take pictures of droplets falling from the sunshade in the balcony. When I turn around suddenly and find my cousin playing in the rain with an umbrella in her hand, my camera's viewfinder couldn't wait. I clicked about 20-25 photographs because I wasn't sure which of them had the perfect lighting or other attributes. Every picture I clicked there was a different expression in her eyes. Finally I sorted out one perfect picture and this is it. In the end, once you look at this picture only thing that you can do is smile coz the nature never lets your expectations go down.

Since the day I bought a new camera, I always dreamt of getting a macro lens so that I could get into details of tiny things. But after clicking this I felt, you don't always need a macros to get a beautiful close-up. The fly may not be clear enough in the picture but the way it sat on the wire, you could just look at those curves :P . The rain added the beauty to the photograph. This was probably the toughest one for me to click. As you know, a fly is never stable. It took nearly an hour and a half and approximately 150 clicks to get this one. Yes it takes time, it tests your patience. Don't give up because in the end my friend the final outcome gives you an immense pleasure. The moment you click the right one, it feels like your hard work got paid. That day, I've decided to take as many photographs of these kind, coz it's not about the details of the picture, it's about the beauty of the picture.

My favorite. I don't like to click those still photographs where people pose in front of the camera. The first thing I do when someone tells me to click them, is wait until they stop posing. Trust me the minute they release their pose and look at you, capture that moment, nothing can ever be more photogenic than that. This cute little girl, I don't even know her. I had this assignment for a course in photography and I was in search of good places to click. I was walking alone on the road and suddenly from behind she came running towards this deck and climbed it and was asking me to click. I used the same trick, I waited till she stopped posing, nearly after 10 minutes she was bored of posing and laid on this red cloth. My camera couldn't wait. I kept clicking, on my 3rd click I was pretty sure I got the right photograph, the way it had to come. I gifted her a chocolate and thanked her for not posing :D
This way, every photographer has million of stories to tell. So remember, whenever you see a good photograph ask for its story. Who knows, there might be an adventure behind a very simple photograph.
Bottom-line of the stories?.... I love my camera. This is the story of my camera which gave me so many memories worth sharing.
